One thing that really stands out is the fact that she mentions my notes to her, which she is referring to the feedback I give on her writing. Over the summer I attended the Heart of Texas Writing Project institute and had to do and inquiry project on a part of my teaching I thought was unfinished - I chose authentic feedback. I think it's working. ️
